I had to get another MRI done on my brain today and I just wanted to share this experience with those who have never had one.
I don’t necessarily hate John Denver’s music, but this will really make you like it a lot less than you did. This is a very good representation of what I experienced today.

6 months agoI’m not a big fan of this song, although I do think the female singer, Judith Durham, has a excellent voice. This video just has a great feel for what it might have been like to be at a concert in Australia (my assumption) around 1964.

Sears
It’s 9:30 Saturday morning. Sears calls to ask if I would like to renew the warranty on my two year old garage door opener that expired last week. For some reason I felt rushed to make a decision. I don’t know if it was the delivery of the pitch by the obviously slightly-over-middle-age-female-smoker-of-20-years on the other end of the phone, or the fact that I was was wanting to get back to the article I was reading regarding the condition of Steve-O on “Dancing with the Stars”. I quickly snapped back, I wasn’t interested.
As I hung up the phone, I picture the lady with a cigarette dangling from the corner of here mouth with a 2 inch ash hanging precariously off the end, give a smile with nodding approval too some guy to activate the death timer on my garage door opener.
We’ll see if my suspicions are right in a few weeks.
